Should I bundle my insurance?
Bundling is when a policy holder purchases multiple policies from the same insurance company. So, should you bundle your insurance? Or should you shop each policy out from different companies?
When you bundle your home, auto, boat, or camper insurance, it often comes with benefits such as multiple discounts, simplified billing, and less paperwork.
Especially in Texas, bundling your personal insurance will typically allow you to stack discounts. For example, if you purchase your home, car, and boat insurance with one company, you may qualify for discounts that would not be available with just one policy.
Furthermore, you will not have different bills due for each individual policy. When you bundle, you will often have one unified bill for each payment period.
Finally, if you decide to bundle your insurance, it can drastically reduce the amount of paperwork you would otherwise need to complete when applying and maintain insurance policies with several different companies.
So, in summary, we usually recommend bundling your insurance policies when possible, to save you time and money.
However, if your situation is unique, we can always place your home insurance with one company, truck insurance with another, and RV insurance with yet another company!
